  Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letters 'l' and 'm'  sounds. 

We have completed pages 32 - 35 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have progressed in our reader story book 'Yoke and the Mole' and have done pages 3-20.

 Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letter 'k'  sound. 

We have completed pages 30 - 31 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have started a new reader story book 'Yoke and the Mole' and have done pages 3-15.

Friday October 29th

   Hello everyone.

This week we did a review of the vowel sounds a, e, i, o, and u.

We also review the sounds for b, c, d, f, g, h, and j.  

We have completed pages 28 - 29 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have finished our reader story book 'Mike and the Bike' .

The children enjoyed the Halloween activities day. Their costumes were fantastic.

Friday October 22nd

  Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letters 'j' sound. 

We have completed pages 26 - 27 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have progressed in our reader story book 'Mike and the Bike' and have done pages 3-25.

It was a very short week with all of the school field trips schedules the same week.

The children are getting very excited for Halloween. We will have some spooky fun next week.

Friday October 15th

 Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letters 'h' sound. 

We have completed pages 24 - 25 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have progressed in our reader story book 'Mike and the Bike' and have done pages 3-20.

The children are getting excited as the Halloween decorations went up.

 We have started teaching them some Halloween songs and chants. It's going to get spooky!

    Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letters 'f'  and 'g' sounds. 

We have completed pages 20 - 23 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have progressed in our reader story book 'Mike and the Bike' and have done pages 3-15.

I'm sorry if the children have driven you crazy with last weeks songs. 

I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee. and The Ants go Marching. They really enjoyed learning them.

   Hello everyone.

This week we focused on the letters 'c'  and 'd' sounds. 

We have completed pages 16 - 19 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 2.

We have started a new reader story book 'Mike and the Bike' and have done pages 3-8.

We learned a couple of songs this week. 

I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee. and The Ants go Marching.
