We started on the consonant blends 'sc' and 'sk' . They make the same sound. So it can get confusing when to use which one.

Friday April 8th
We did a full review of the material up to this point. Short vowel sounds, long vowel sounds and the
r-blends. We have completed pages 26-27 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 3.
We are still enjoying our reading book 'The Snow Story' .
We have continued to learn the graduation Dora story "Rescue the Shining Stars".
We will soon be assigning parts for the graduation show and practice the play.

We have finished the r-blends with "Gr", "Pr", and "Tr" and completed pages 22-25 in Dora Phonics and Literacy 3.
