K3 Week 4

 Dear Parents,

This week, students learned about the vowel pair “ay” and practiced reading and saying words with the “ay” sound. We also learned about the Moon Festival and talked about some of its traditions and activities.

For our storybook, we started reading Yoke and the Mole. Students practiced the target sounds “-ope” and “-ome” through vocabulary, reading, and simple activities.

We are excited to continue building our reading and phonics skills together!

 Dear Parents,

This week, we completed pages 10 and 11 in the Phonics Book, focusing on the “ai” sound. Please remember to check and sign the book.

For the Story Book, we read “Gale’s Cake.” The target sounds are “-ace,” “-ake,” and “-ame.”

Please also remember to complete the Sensay homework.

Friday June 26th

As our school year comes to a close, I just want to say what a wonderful year it has been. We have one more class together on Monday before summer vacation begins.

It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to teach your amazing children this year. Watching them learn, grow, and gain confidence has been such a rewarding experience. Thank you for your kindness, encouragement, and support throughout the year.

I hope you all have a fun, safe, and relaxing summer filled with wonderful memories. Thank you for making this year so special. I will miss seeing all of your smiling faces!

We are almost at the end of another wonderful school year!

Congratulations to all of our amazing students. We are so proud of everything you have learned, the friendships you have made, and how much you have grown this year.

Let's enjoy our final week together with lots of smiles, laughter, and special memories. Thank you for making this year such a wonderful journey. We can't wait to celebrate our last week together as we always do!

Friday June 12th

Happy Graduation Friday!

We are nearing the end of our school year, and our graduation ceremony is tomorrow morning. The students have worked very hard this year, and we are excited to celebrate all of their accomplishments.

Next week will be a short week, with the Dragon Boat Festival holiday on Friday. During the week, we will continue working toward completing our phonics books and finishing up our end-of-year activities.

 Week 18 (6/8-6/12)

Friday June 5th

Week 17 is coming to a close, and we are getting very close to finishing our phonics books! The students have worked hard all year, and it has been wonderful to see their progress and growing confidence in English.

We also have an exciting event coming up next Saturday—our Graduation Ceremony! The children are looking forward to celebrating this special milestone, and we are proud of everything they have accomplished this year.

Friday May 29th

    Hello everyone. I hope that you all had a restful weekend. June is upon us! Where has the time gone? We are nearing the end of our school year, so let’s finish strong together.
