K3 Week 21

 Week 21 (1/19-1/22) 

Friday January 16th

Week 21 is almost here, which means we are coming to the end of our winter semester. What an amazing semester it has been! 🌟
We are so proud of all our students for their hard work and positive attitudes, and we would like to thank our parents and teachers for being such a wonderful team supporting the children.

This coming week, we will spend time reviewing what we have learned and enjoying some fun activities together as we wrap things up.

Friday January 9th

Another busy and productive week is in the books! Great work to everyone on the end-of-semester exams—you all did an amazing job. Keep up the hard work!

Next week, we will finish Yoke and the Mole and complete a review in our phonics book. Graduation photos will take place on Thursday and Friday, so please be prepared.

Wednesday December 31st 

We are quickly closing in on the end of our fall semester—how exciting! This coming week, we will be working on finishing our Phonics 5 book and continuing our review of Yoke and the Mole. Next week we will begin Week 18—wow, where has the time gone?

We will start by reviewing our “Yoke and the Mole” story. Students will also work on the consonant digraph “wh”, along with a review exercise on page 73.

We had a very busy and fun week in class! We enjoyed reading Yoke and the Mole, worked hard in our phonics books, and spent time preparing for our Christmas performance and celebrations.

Next week, we will continue reading Yoke and the Mole and keep practicing our phonics sound “th.”

Friday December 5th

Week 15!

Week 14 is in the books, and we’re rolling into Week 15!
Last week, we proudly wrapped up our Phonics reader “Mike and the Bike,” and this week we’ll be starting a brand-new story: “Yoke and the Mole.”

Alongside our new reading adventure, we’ll continue practicing the “Ch” phonics sound and complete a review exercise to reinforce what we’ve learned.
